We refused to hinder the Jinder and now we’re all just bit parts in his Punjabi celebration! We also got one of the best matches of the year from two guys who exist on the fringes of the WWE Universe, but who stole the show nonetheless. Boy, aren’t Soap Operas just the worst?
Crazy, never ending plotlines, cliched, insipid characters with terrible acting, and don’t even get me started with those weird filters they use on the cameras! You turn on the TV, and the very moment the screen lights up you know if you’re inadvertently watching a soap opera – they’re just that recognisable. No thank you.
But even with all those problems – when you do turn on your daytime TV, these things are everywhere! So they must have an audience, they must have fans and a large community base who’s gots to watch their stories.
But if they have fans, do they have webcomics? This week, I set out on a quest to find out where all the soap operas be at in the webcomic world.
Jason hates his body, so you get his review of Taco Bell’s Naked Chicken Chips as well as McDonald’s Signature Crafted Recipes. Meanwhile, Steve thinks he found a brothel and is ready to explain the intricacies of erotic massage to his co-host. Finally, comic shops are known for a wide array of varietals in flatulence. But what do you do when the comic shop owner is the most flatulent one of all?

We all know how Steve feels about the sultry soul of Adele, so let’s relax and listen to some tunes on the old glass harmonica like we used to back in the day. Also, Tapas made a lot of people angry and confused last week with their TOS changes, so the guys give their two cents on that topic. After Strowman’s injury, Raw rebuilt with a great Balor/Reigns match, Goldust finally having enough of R-Truth’s schtick, and the promise of a new number one contender for The Beast Incarnate in the near future. Meanwhile, SmackDown is ready for their Backlash, which means Nakamura will be making his in-ring debut, Breezango might finally capture gold that isn’t already on their fabulous outfits, and Tamina Snuka will almost certainly get out of having to wrestle.
