  1. Thanks for the shout-out, guys! I’m glad you found Doctor Magnifico, and I’m so glad you brought it to your fans’ attention!

    If you ever have the chance to discuss the strip in the future, one thing that is nice to note is that this isn’t just another Cat strip. The reason it’s called Doctor Magnifico is that the artist – Max Magnifico- has a loose grip on reality. So while he imagines his cats are evil and can talk to him, he also imagines himself in a variety of fantastic situations (like Calvin or Walter Mitty)

    I’d be glad to get you links to those strips if it would do you any good.

    But anyway, I really appreciate the attention. Keep up the great work at the podcast!

  2. Hey Steve, thanks for stopping by.

    I didn’t mean to make it seem like I think you’re strip is just another “cat strip” as it is indeed much more than that. For our “Watcha Been Readin’?” section we tend to over simplify things (because we’re overly simple people).

    We’ll probably dig deeper into your comic sometime in the future and talk a lot more what makes it fun.
